Sex, Death, and Other Strange Ideas

Jo Van Doren has tried twice to escape her own past. Her first attempt was fleeing from the 'society' she had grown to loathe, and the second is due to a cruelly broken engagement and a future left in tatters. With nowhere else to go, the wealthy heiress returns to the city she grew up in and moves into a historic mansion owned by her family.
